Recruiting Campaign!

So the forum growth has been slow and in order to pick things up, I'm going to start recruiting heavily. I'm going today to have some flyers and business cards printed up. I'm going to spend the day riding through town looking for sportbikes and handing them out. Additionally, I'd like to recruit from other sites but that can be frowned upon. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about that without looking like a jerk, I'd appreciate some tips. Likewise, if you guys frequent other related sites that have regional forums that are lacking, feel free to send some people our way.
